Could soundPlayed event be expanded?

Description

Since the event triggers for most character noises (soundXXXXXYYYY in config) would it be possible to have it expanded to be triggered by basically the rest of the sounds a character makes as well?

As in soundEnvironExt, soundEquipment, soundGear and such.

Also wouldn't mind if in addition to a soundID it would return path to the played soundfile..

Non-shameless bump.
Any reason this could not be done, to a layman sounds like not too much of an hassle?

The sound path is not that important, but would be gravy :P

The reason could be that I don't know how character sounds work and would have to learn it first to know if doable or not :D
