If you drop an item on a watchtower floor, they get dropped at weird angles and sometimes even teleport to floors above/below. This started happening with 1.23 stable and was not an issue under Experimental.

Steps To Reproduce
- Build watchtower with at least one, better several, floors.
- Drop any item on any floor of the watchtower.
- Observe item dropping at weird angle and sometimes teleporting to different floor

Note that this also affects modded basebuilding, but is reproducible with just vanilla (no mods).
