Can you please provide proper reproduction steps as to what is happening there?

I don't know the exact steps.

There is only an assumption that this occurs due to the fact that I press a lot of buttons and somehow they do not have time to be processed or they do it incorrectly and some kind of animation is blocked.

Try jumping, stopping abruptly, changing weapons, and all at the same time, with the same list of weapons.
