Silencers and Suppressed guns Don't work for zombies anymore it alerts the surrounding area for Zombies i tested this out when i was shooting at zombies with suppressed pistol it still aggrows the surrounding area with lot of zombies.

Used a pristine, and a worn pistol suppressor on both the Kolt 1911, Mlock-91, IJ-70, and USG-45 and still the Zombies alert in the area and become aggressive. Also, the MK II (worn) produces the same effect.
