Controller/Keyboard Mouse UI/Inventory Unusable

Description

While a "controller" type device is plugged in, mouse functions in the UI/Inventory become unusable. This issue started after The latest Update 0.9.8.53

While I have my Razer Orbweaver Gaming Pad plugged in. Inventory functions with a mouse such as Drag and drop, Open items with left click, pickup/drop items with right click, ETC fail to work. I am unable to use the inventory system. Once the device is unplugged, everything goes back to normal.
This happens both with and without the razer software running. Did not occur prior to the latest patch.

Steps To Reproduce

Plug in "controller" Type device and use keyboard and mouse to play. (Device tested specifically in this scenario: Razer Orbweaver)

Additional Information

Did not happen prior to patch and have not tested any console controllers or other third party controllers.

Is it possible for you to check if you also have this issue with a normal controller instead of the mini keyboard?

Yes Geez, Can confirm that.
Having DS4 connected to PC gives exactly same result.
Same as T172784

It does happen additionally with a Fanatec DD Pro Racing Wheel plugged in.
Xbox 360 and one controllers seem to be ok, I will test with a playstation 5 controller soon.
