Animations with source=time are still played on objects with no simulation

Description

Currently there's no way to make objects that have an animation with source=time to be completely static (no movement at all). They should at least not animate when you do obj enableSimulation false

To see what I mean, simply place a Wind Turbine in 3DEN, in special states uncheck Enable Simulation, and then play the mission.

Won't this break lots of stuff that been optimized by having simulation disabled? Perhaps have a separate command to stop animating separately from simulation? ENTITY enableModelAnimations BOOL
