Shit happens sometimes
But in terms of game design it's a good situation
One player brought a supply truck and built some structures
Another player need to find that vehicle OR call friendly support with a supply truck(interaction between players) OR respawn and take friendly supply truck that destroy these structures

More interaction between players - more interesting game

One can always argue whether it is a feature or an abuse. I am more on the abuse side, since a lot of causal folks don't know the mechanic too well and don't know how to deal with it.

Its definitely abuse. It is not the intent of the game to have points be "un-captureable". Looking back, my guess is that this is one of the main reasons why BI decided to change the "tune the radio" approach to "force strength" approach to prevent this type of abuse happening at every location due to free building....shame, because I prefered the "tune the radio" approach, particularly for the big bases. It was more interesting and suited the game narrative better.

I agree with you on this

Please create ticket with Feature request of that ;)
Maybe somepoints have radio, maybe some weapon cache that need to destroy to capture point, maybe kill officer, etc
