Can always climb steep dirt roads with Russian vehicles but the USA vehicles (MHQ, Jeep, Supply Truck, transport) can't climb many of them. There are some new Main Bases in Conflict that are off the beaten path that require to climb some steep dirt roads and newly spawned undamaged USA vehicles can't climb them.
For some reason you can pump the handbrake and inch up a hill but that is mind numbing...
If you mark it on the map(Everon, Arland) I will try to record videos as examples ^_^
A notorious spot is the one here (red circle)
When US has base on the coast (somewhere around the blue cross), it does often end up in a pile of trucks stuck in the forest right at the start, because one guy does not know the handbrake trick.
There is probably more but I play Soviets more often, and Urals do not have this problem...
