Could you please add working examples to the official DayZ wiki at the end of the technical explanation. For example, on https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/DayZ:Weather_Configuration there is a fantastic technical explanation of what the cfgweather.xml actually does, but it could include more explanation for less advanced modders.
Firstly, and most importantly, working examples at the end of the document. eg "this is a setting that will give you no rain", "this is a setting that will give you sunny but windy".
Secondly, explain how the numbers relate to the state of the weather. eg with the overcast value, is 0(zero) totally overcast, and is 1(one) a clear day? With the rain value, is 0(zero) heavy rain and 1(one) no rain?
Your team does an amazing job with DayZ, and the wiki is a valuable resource, but if you'd like help writing these entries, I'd be more than willing to help.
Thanks, Rob.

Have a look at https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/DayZ:Weather_Configuration and try and work out what settings you would use to have an "all the time" sunny server with no rain.
