New brake feature in vehicles sometimes breaks car (Experimental)
Awaiting internal Testing, NormalPublic

Description

The new handbrake systems seems to lock vehicles into an idle position once they have come to a stop, forcing you to turn off the car and back on to keep driving.

Also had an instance when driving the new M1025 where I pressed just the S key to slow down and it caused the vehicles engine to instantly ruin

Sometimes when applying the new handbrake function (ctrl+S) it may cause the car to remain permanently idle until you turn off and on again

Event Timeline

This happens specifically on the M1025 when rollling in the opposite direction (accomplished through bumping/impact or rolling downhill) of the gear you shifted into and coming to a stop (i used pedal braking) with handbrake auto engaging. D/R both have the issue.

speeding up (100km/h) in the M1025 and hand braking for a short time causes the engine to rev way to high, instantly ruining it. Likely caused by erroniusly shifting into a gear that is way too low.
