A random player and I secured a car last night got it running on
DayZ US- NY 5191 (Temporary) and the car today when I log in that had all our stuff in it has now despawned completely taking all of our stuff.
The car had 0 damage done to it, had 1 door 4 tires a rad in it and we had taken the battery and spark plug out.
This is unacceptable 10 years after release and these issues are still happening.
Park a car in a building and it'll randomly despawn.
Adding more detail on this since I know you're gonna claim it was stolen.
So there was no possible way that the car was stolen, it despawned I'm guessing when I logged in.
not possible someone lobbed something explosive in and ruined the vehicle making it despawn?
Nope, the nearest gaps to the car were covered, the only gaps were near a door that was still locked via lockpick. that was on the otherside of the structure from where the car was.
I've attempted to toss a nade into the building prior through the small gaps that are in the building and there's basically no way with the way we had the gaps covered up.
I've had this happen in prior versions as well, on a community server, where the admin and I determined at that point at least, that if you log out to close to a car it will despawn.
I had put myself a little bit away from the car, and my mate had as well. Which if that's what's causing it, then you guys seriously need to fix it.
Because as of now, I'm done testing.
