If you die while scoped in to your binoculars the UI for it will permanently stay on the screen

Another way to reproduce this issue is to:

enter Game Master mode
take control of a unit that has binoculars
press [B] to equip binoculars
press ESC and go back to Game Master mode
take control of another unit
press [RMB] to aim down the sights and it will show binocular 'view mask'
