Let me repeate feature request from A3. Maybe there it will be implemented while game in active development.

Would be nice to have modifier keys for inventory actions.
shift+click/drag - take 10 items from stack
alt+click/drag - take half
ctrl+click/drag - take as much as you can
Same for drop.
