HUD Variation - 1.17 Experimental
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

When HUD is toggled on from the options menu, the player is able to use tilda to toggle it on and off while playing. If the HUD is toggled off, and the player enters the options menu, and leaves HUD toggled off, when returning to gameplay, only the action indicator toggles on and off on-screen.

Another way to look at this is that opening and closing the pause menu when HUD is disabled locks a player into no HUD, except for the action item displays.

This is not resolved, and is just the way that 1.17 stable is now. So if it’s a feature, okay. It hasn’t been changed.
