When you run this command on an official server, it works.
But when we run the same command with an IP of a community server, it doesn't work.
I even tried on a community server without and with mods, but unfortunately without success.
I want to clarify that I tried with game port [2302] and steam port [27016].
This would be used to join a friend in game through their Steam profile.

Is your goal to just connect to a specific community server through command or is the goal to join onto a server your friend is playing (without possibly knowing the exact server?).
The second is probably not possible but the first we could help with, as there is a direct connect parameter that can be added to your executable or as a launcher command.

What is it that you are specifically trying to do? Any specific reason why do you want to run the game through commands without using the executable etc?
