During play I was in NVG Heat vision, accidentally hit CAPS LOCK or Caps while trying to run and got immediate CTD "Not Responding" in task manager. Left it for a few minutes to see if it recovered, it didnt. Got Report form. Reloaded all. Repeated after at same point
