Performance decrease with the latest 1.14 patch

Hello,

I've been playing experimental since it came out and the 1st 1.14 patch was running well client side, my FPS were around 100 most time and drop down to 60-70 in major towns.
With the latest 1.14 update I noticed a decrease in performance, I now barely touch 100fps and the game freezes quite often for like 1 second. Also when in major cities I drop down to 30fps.

I have tried playing around with my settings and such to match them with stable or even lower them but it didn't really help.

I'm not sure if this is just me as the people I play with have also got freezes. I'll try and ask more people to know if it's not just me.

Those are my PC specs:
i5 7600k
16GB of ram
1050ti
Running on SSD

Runs very smooth on medium settings on Stable 1.13.

I've been told that some people experience the opposite, the 1st 1.14 patch was running poorly and the second is smoother.

Hello NAyRAM.
Have you tried to verify your game data and clear the documents folder? (Make sure to have Steam cloud sync disabled). Does that make any difference?

I have not cleared documents folder but I have verified game data. I can do all that today and play for a few hours and give you guys an update.

I have tried doing what you suggested and it did help me a lot. Game runs around 70-100fps at all times now. Thank you very much for the help!

Me and some people have shared it around to see if more people get an improvement and it seems like everyone's noticing a difference. @LordJaws for example has got extra 30-40fps!

I do have a clip of a stutter that my friends also got at the same time, should I create a different ticket for that or post it under here?

Please create a separate ticket for this problem, preferably with all the information you have that could possibly lead us to producing the issue.
