There is times where I'm playing and get massive amount of lag near certain areas of water.

Steps To Reproduce
1.) Goto affected area.
2.) log off the server.
3.) Log back in.
{ dont close the game completely just log out to the main menu. }
Additional Information
Sometimes logging out and back in near the streams would cause this as well.
Fixing this lag issue would require restarting the game completely.
There is another spot near Prud or Gnomovzamok that has this issue.

@Geez after testing all day i think it's something related to bases nearby?
I went to a few servers and some servers don't have bases nearby which caused no problem, but 1 server had a base nearby and it caused the same issue.

this might have been fixed in 1.14 idk i haven't been able to get that lag issue as of now, I'll keep you updated @Geez

CosmoDayZ, may I ask what GPU you have? In case you running AMD GPU it could be related to this
