As I read the patch notes of 1.13 i saw this

Transferring incompatible blood type was not triggering a hemolytic reaction

Now we've tested this, after transferring an incompatible blood type the recipient still will survive if treated with blood type 0- an/or IV Saline Bag.
The hemolytic reaction, as far as I know and understand, and it was in previous versions, should trigger death over time.
