[Feature Request] Blinking pattern for IR strobes

Description

It would be great to be able to define a blinking pattern for IR strobes, similar to the blinking patterns for marker lights.

Currently Arma's IR strobes do not really represent an IRL blinking pattern as far as I know. Usually they are more like short, bright flashes rather than the regular blinking we have now. With such a config property, we could set our own patterns.

defaults

maxLifetime = 30*60 (30 minutes)
blinkingPattern = {1,1} (1 second on, 1 second off
others are default false
