I always seem unable to drag items between my uniform, rig and backpack while in a vehicle occupied by other players in multiplayer.
This does not seem to occur in any single player scenario as far as i have experienced, and does not seem to happen while in a vehicle by myself.

Join a multiplayer server.
enter a vehicle with other players.
attempt to drag items between the uniform, rig or backpack.

It has been that way for a few years, ( remember it back when Exile released). Always had to close the inv reopen it and move to the vehicle inv and then into your uniform, vest, backpack etc...

Specifically this sounds like it would be an issue while a different player is in the driver seat.
I recently fixed a similar issue, but seems like it was only one case of many

Confirmed I also still have this issue in Hosted Multiplayer. Usually the mission host is fine but one of the players complains about this issue on every session. Seems to happen to 1 or 2 players for every 10 players on the server.
