Noticed while playing the game that it was lagging and freezing very badly on a modded Omnicidal Namalsk server. The game had been playing fine two days earlier.
Trying to decipher the issue we removed all mods, uninstalled dayz, and deleted all traces of dayz files. We ran windows memory diagnostic. It found nothing.
We made sure both windows and video drivers were up to date on Windows 10 ver. 10.0.19042 and using Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super.
We reinstalled dayz and tried playing on an official vanilla server and the same issues occurred. Tried other games: Doom (2016), Skyrim Special Edition, Far Cry 5, and Metro Exodus using RTX ray tracing for Metro Exodus and I had no problems. Tested the game using the offline editor and had no crashes, stuttering, or textures not rendering correctly.

Hello loganmacd.
Since you mention that the issue started to occur suddenly and was working, has anything changed in your computer (software wise/hardware wise) since the point when the issue started to occur? Also do you experience the same issue on experimental?
Regards,
Geez
