Description

When trying to move an object with the Translation Widget slowly and precisely, the object jumps" when switching minus to plus and vise versa.
This only seems to happen when the mouse is not exactly on the arrow you're trying to move the object on. Video down below.

Steps To Reproduce

Place any object in Eden
Press 2 (Translation Widget)
Move the object with one of the arrows slowly up and down at the area where you started moving it

Can confirm. The farther the cursor is aways from the arrow, the more noticeable the "jump" is.
