Since ArmA 2.0 Update, the VoN (voice over net) channel is either off or on. Reducing the value in the sound option does not change the in game volume of VoN.

Steps To Reproduce
Reduce VoN in sound options to 0.1, VoN channel in all multiplayer games is still at max. VoN is also now much roo loud, just like 10 before Update.
