Steps To Reproduce
Just load the savegame and try to pick the car, then you will see the task is not marked as completed, even after detonate on the target, the whole objective si marked as completed, but that particular task do not.
I have uploaded several savegames to check that behavior, and also there is one when the car is detonated.

I suspect that in some specific conditions (maybe not doing some quests in the order they were given?) it breaks following quests which conditions don't trigger anymore
