I've been keeping up with modded server crashes for the past month or two, and I've noticed most server RPT's show a crash on either a player respawn who just died or a player logging in when server's seem to get above 40+ players. It happens at random when above 40+ players, but %99 are consistent with the player spawn event being the last thing inputted at a crash.

Both of these are just examples of the 100+ RPT's I've gathered from servers having this crashing issue.
