What do you mean by Rubber bullets for shotgun? Is that a modded item? Or do you mean the green shotgun slugs?

Hello again.
We have tested the rubber bullets based on your report, however, we were unable to confirm any issues. The bullets would put player characters into unconsciousness from 1,3 , 5 and 10 metres during our testing (IZH43 Shotgun).
Is it possible that there is something else that possibly plays a role in this and causes the issue you describe?

Weird, this happened twice in a single life (With the IZH43 Shotty).
I saw someone reporting issues with "Ghost Bullets" in here, this problem happened in the past of this game, so ghost bullets might be the case here.
