You cannot do this as the worm attached first to hook to make a "bait" which is what you attach to the rod...

@zeroy Yes, i know about this functionality in actual versions of a game

But player can attach battery to sight without remove sight from weapon. It's a good user experience.

Why not it will added this mechanic for hook, worm and rod?)

I fail to see why you would want to remove the worm :D - it can only be used on a hook.

If fishing was not successful and lost the worm on the hook. Is it possible to combine a worm with the hook when the hook is already on the fishing rod?

Yeah ok, that part is a bit annoying as you need to craft again, good point!

When the worm disappears:

• unlink hook put into inventory
• put in the bait stock, take the hook
• to put a worm on a hook, put a hook in your inventory
• Take the bait, tie the hook.

A lot of action, rather than a single action - "to put a worm on a hook."
It is not irritating for fishing at once, but for the RP server, it can become irritable.
