1.04 stable. Pressing (holding) a number to assign an item to a hotbar slot no longer works. Also, cannot use the hotbar whilst in inventory. Now have to drag items.

Steps To Reproduce
In the inventory screen, try to assign an item to the hotbar by holding a number key. It won’t work. You also can’t use the hotbar to switch between items whilst in your inventory.

Can't use hotkeys (1,2,3,4) within your inventory to swap items in and out of your hands anymore.
Can't quickly assign items in your inventory to your hotkey belt by hovering over item and pressing (1,2,3,4) anymore.

Both of the issues have been fixed internally and they are going to be fixed on Steam in one of the upcoming updates.
