Plate carrier 12 kg/ plate carrier+pouches = 25kg?

Description

Why is it that pouches are 1kg but somehow when combining it with the plate carrier it gets an extra 12 kg; making the set 25kg??

And fix the m4, ak, vss etc spawning. There's litteraly none left after groups hoard them. (Been going to all the military bases 3 times over and only sks's. It gets kinda annoying)

add pouch to plate carrier = voila

Go to mili base, get dissapointed at finding an sks.

@thatasianguy Hi. There is a ticket T139932 where you need to collect all the problems of incorrect weight counting when merging equipment items.
