Every time I try to launch the game, I get the issue "Could not find running instance of steam"
This happens when running the launcher, the x64 launcher, launching as administrator and running the game normally. I have tried reinstalling steam, dayz, battleye and using many other forum fixes, such as adding -safe to the launch options, running in windowed mode, restarting my computer, launching steam as an admin ect. The only time I can get the client to load is when I launch the x64 version of the game as an admin, but when I load into a server I experience the same issue. It is currently impossible for me to play the game.Description

When did this issue start? I don't get this issue so it has to be your Steam installation. Have you tried switching between Stable and Beta on Steam?
Steam>Settings>Account>Beta participation
This shouldn't be the problem but your log states DayZ exited with the code UNABLE_TO_INIT_DXGI, so also try and upgrade your graphics driver.
There is a problem in the BEN-PC.core.xml file, it is the wrong link

Go to your directory - C: \ Users \ BEN-PC \ Documents \ DayZ \
Delete the file - BEN-PC.core.xml
Or delete all files inside the "DayZ" directory, just save the file BEN-PC.dayz_preset_User it contains your control settings in the game.
After this, the start of the game will create new files.
