Just like in the exp patch if I spawn in to my server with a character already there I spawn in bleeding and dying of thirst. only posting since there was so much complaining on twitter about not knowing of the issue.

Yeah they said they didn't know about it in exp because no one put it in the feedback tracker. So we have to make sure we post so we don't have it in stable.
