I have found this to be very linked to server performance. I upgraded my server and it was OK again. Bad server specs?

I can confirm this. It would seem as if the car was "under terrain"? The wheels were in the floor, looking similar to what it looks like if you drive a car into debug. I got into the car, boom, death.
