Also witnessing this problem. It's most obvious when in buildings (as per the posters video), using 3rd person, or when viewing other players that are wearing the head torch. Currently still an issue as of the experimental version 3/1/2019.

@Geez This appears to be fixed. A question on that note, will the be a hotkey to toggle the headlight on/off status? An idea of mine on that matter would be to just hold and release a hotkey for it, but maybe a seperate assignable button would be just as good if not better since hotkeys are somewhat representing pockets.
