Steps To Reproduce
Jump in water. Swim to the nearest shore. Walk up anywhere.
Additional Information
Temporary Fix:
- Switch between first person and then back to third: this resets the third-person camera height.
Permanent Fix:
- Fall from an object.

@Geez Very game-breaking indeed since, you can have aerial vision of a whole town you are looking at (very bad exploit)
Please assign a fix for this! Very easy to abuse and acts like an wallhack/ESP in a way.
To reproduce:
- Be on a raised height above water that you can swim in (depth) and also (the higher height platform, the worse the exploit is)
- Jump into the body of water from the higher height platform
- The glitch will occur and now you have eagle aerial vision which can be highly exploitive (like 3pp but x9000)
