DAyZ Standalone fails to launch

Battle eye comes up, states it is launching game, then absolutely nothing happens,

Windows 7 64bit Home Premium
PC specs: (old build don't laugh... lol)
MoBo: Asus Z97-AR
CPU: Intel i5 4690 4-Cores @3.5GHz overclocked to 3.8GHz
RAM: 2x 4GB DDR3 @ 3906MHz
GPU1: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST (2GB)
GPU2: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GT620 (2GB [used primarily for streaming and watching videos])
Monitor 1 & 2: EVGA Interview Dual Screen(Played on #1, Map& Discord on #2 connected to GTX 650Ti)
Monitor 3: Panasonic TH 42PH11EK 42" Plasma (Connected to GT620)

I have 900+ hours playing DayZ Standalone on this build, never had a problem until the update before last.

I ave uninstalled and updated the game, FGX Drivers. I have pulled and alternated bothe GFX cards.

Downloaded and replaced BEService-x64

Completely Uninstalled STEAM, DayZ Standalone, and ALL other games in my Steam Library.
Rinstalled STEAM and DayZ Standalone.

Now BattelEye doesn't even start.

I have done just about all I can think of besides a full windows reinstall.

SteamLayerWrap.dll is there and I have tried several times downloading and installing if manually from several sources

Can you, please, try to run the game directly from the executable and check if there are logs? The game logs are in this folder: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\DayZ

The file users\my profile\AppData\Local\DayZ is non existent since verifying game files through Steam in an attempt to get it working.

I have tried creating the file manually, also by uninstalling and reinstalling DayZ.
