When you try to climb on radio tower and use the EXIT LADDER option in the middle floors, your character will start falling down and then you're pushed away from the tower and flying several meters away until you fall down and die.

Steps To Reproduce
Make the character's animation to step aside when exiting ladder in the mid floor, or create the invisible wall under the ladder which was in Arma 2, preventing you to fall through.
