Locks are changing their initial code they were set in.(without interaction by unknown players)

we set 4 different locks on 4 different gates on one initial code. we were interacting with them a few times but always set them on the initial code. after some time the initial code isn't working any more. So we set the right code but the lock isn't opening. One of our group said he has seen the combination lock flying in the middle of the gate and he said he could pick it up. we thought it was better not to touch it, because we had this issue on our first gate before resulting in a gate with a removed lock but without the possibility to put a new one on it. Now we can't open any of those locks. A server restart seemed to fix the problem on one gate once but not sustainable.
-some gates are metal gates, some are wooden gates
-it is very very unlikely that the initial code has been changed by other players (almost impossible)
-we were sure that we were using the combination locks correctly
-we barricaded two industrial halls (one of them withe blue doors and a "secound" floor)(the other one is a big hall with one heavy industrial meachine in it and two gate entrances, that cant be opened and a side room with a small door and blue lockers)

Can confirm this problem. Locks reset after EVERY restart.
One confirmed way to "fix" this is to dismantle the gate, then the entire fence.
From here, rebuild fence, rebuild gate and place new combination lock on.
if the problem was in your code, the problem is that the CODES CAN BE HACKED WITH THE CODES AT THIS 2MIN so that you write nonsense I will hack your base in a couple of minutes ON the official server without mods!
i know for sertain that it wasnt someone else, locks reset themselves. and this is gamebreaking bug
I can confirm that on ps4. After server restart the code i set before doesnt work anymore. That makes the base kinda senseless.
confirming in v1.12 2 locks have reset themselves on my base without interaction. BUT they don't reset to 1111 so I can't open them nor can I dismantle the gate!
Maybe its not that they don't reset but that they stop working altogether??
Anyway I also can't use a hacksaw on them as this option is not presented to me (presuming because I own the lock?)
