When you have item (for instance knife) on quick slot,you take it to your hands (by using quick slot number) and then you press another quick slot number(for instance for UMP),it will swap the items but the knife go to the UMPs inventory location,so when you press the UMPs quick slot to take UMP back to your inventory it cant be done (works just if you dont have other space in your inventory).
This game-mechanik ruining game experience especially in fights, it would be so good if items were returning to the same position, in your inventory before they where taken out by quick slot.
