I know i've made a private bug report also but this really needs to come to attention. I've been trying to upload the crash log on here like the troubleshooter says but i upload the encrypted version and it just shows brackets with numbers and letters. when i extract it to upload on here it says upload fail.

The exit code is 0xc0000005 - STATUS ACCESS VIOLATION
