After binding turbo to 2xW in 0.62 experimental, my character only runs if I tap "W" twice slowly (ie roughly a second apart). In 0.61 stable I can press "W" as fast as I can and my character will run every time.

In 0.62 experimental. bind Turbo to 2xW and if you tap "W" twice too fast, your character will not run
Throwing in my 2 cents as I'm a dedicated 2xW'er:
In the initial release of 0.62 I noticed this same behavior and it was extremely frustrating. After playing for a bit last night I noticed it seemed much more responsive, but I wasn't positive if improvements had been made or if I was simply getting used to the issue and had adjusted my muscle memory.
If this was an intended fix and not just my mind playing tricks, then that's pretty awesome.
There indeed have been some tweaks and fixes to improve the key bindings. However, if you still are experiencing issues with any key binding, please create a ticket to let us know.
Regarding the issue in this ticket, after additional play the 2xW for Turbo binding still seems to be a bit dodgy even in the latest Experimental.
The problem is more evident after shooting or melee. For instance if I run up to a zombie, punch him, then quickly 2xW to run away, it frequently does not recognize this as Turbo and I have to completely lift up off of W and slowly redo the 2xW to actually start running.
This is definitely a new issue with 0.62 as this was always much more responsive in the past.
We have been testing the issue internally but so far we did not experience the issue you have described. Does this issue still persist on the current stable version?
We have been testing the issue you have described but unfortunately we have not been able to reproduce the issue yet. Can you try to delete the contents of your C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ folder, run the game and set up the keybinds again and let us know here?
