Jerky scrolling/panning when looking/turning
Feels like low FPS but my reports seem to suggest 60 FPS in being achieved, although FPS does fall lower than .60 did at other times (not the issue here)
V-SYNC off does not help
Strafing is also jerky.

Switched back to 0.60 and it was like smooth as glass again
the difference is major, this makes the game feel terrible.

Single AMD 290X
Asus X79 chipset , i7 3820 @ 4.5
Tried old & latest drivers
Dual monitors - second screen not used for games , shows desktop with system stats, MSI afterburner , OBS etc
Sorry can't give you any data , moved back to stable now. (may try again soon)
