  1. Take a basic wrench and open a door of a v3s.
  2. Take off the door.

3 Attempt to place door back on v3s.

Hello rustycaddy and thank you for the report.
By any chance do you remember which colour the door on the v3s had? As currently there is a known issue with coloured versions of the door not being attachable.

It was orange.

Also when you resolved a ticket and say "This is a known issue, it has been fixed internally and should be fixed on Steam soon." Does this mean the bug that I've reported will be fixed for 0.60 or do we have to wait for the new patch 0.61 for the bug to be fixed.

Hello again.
Usually most of the fixes are coming out in the major patches (which will be 0.61 now) with exception of hotfixes for specific things. Therefore, the issue you have reported (and it has been resolved on the tracker) should be fixed when 0.61 hits experimental branch.
