Right click on dayz in your library and then go to propreties --> local files --> browse local files...
double click on Addons folder and locate structures_tisy_base.pbo file
delete structures_tisy_base.pbo
login
run
logoff
Right click on dayz in your library and then go to propreties --> local files --> verify game files..

I have the same problem, stuck under the new building in Tisy. This method did not work for me as Steam gives "corrupted files" warning upon logging in and quits.

By deleting the structure_tisy_base.pbo file and logging in,  running, logging out I was successful getting unstuck. I then just verified files in steam and logged in.

I just logged out under the base as well.. This bug isn't patched yet? Can you move me as well?

I can. All you have to do is send me a link to your Steam profile. Example: "http://steamcommunity.com/id/xxxxxxxxxx/"
