Right click on dayz in your library and then go to propreties --> local files --> browse local files...
double click on Addons folder and locate structures_tisy_base.pbo file
delete structures_tisy_base.pbo
login
run
logoff
Right click on dayz in your library and then go to propreties --> local files --> verify game files..

double click on Addons folder and locate structures_tisy_base.pbo file
rename structures_tisy_base.pbo to _structures_tisy_base.pbo
login
run
logoff
rename _structures_tisy_base.pbo to structures_tisy_base.pbo OR
[Right click on dayz in your library and then go to propreties --> local files --> verify game files.. ] << optional step
