Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Some vehicles have no sound or have the wrong sound, example the helicopter sound when flying is the spooling up sound. Quadbikes around 70% of the time are completely silent. This has happened since the update on the 15th up to current build from the 20th June.

It's also happening with custom vehicles (ie. not vanilla Arma vehicles).

Still bugged in 137060

Pleas, please fix this ASAP. Breaks missions for those who lick to play and report bugs on dynamic missions.

Hello,

thank you for the feedback. Are you experiencing similar issues when running vanilla game?

I can't replicate it in Eden editor

According to forums a user mentioned it happening in vanilla game. After saving and closing the game completely, after relaunching and loading the saved game file, it breaks.

I personally havent tested exact steps to replicate, but its happened to me on 3 different occasions. Unfortunately i am running limited MODs....

Also this is from playing scenarios...no EDEN editor since you cant exit the game and resume from EDEN...

Sorry for that, I've got lost between tickets and though I was replying to a different issue.

The provided repro steps have helped (funnily they did also help me to reproduce the issue from the other ticket).

Thank you for the feedback, much appreciated, will look into that.

Thanks razazel, hopefully the days of being run over by a silent quadbike are soon to be over!

Hello,

fix should be available in the development branch and in the RC shortly. Once next update for these branches is out, please check it out and let me know.

Thank you

Hi Razazel,

here is another (earlier) ticket with the same issue: https://feedback.bistudio.com/T118202

But you already assigned this ticket here.

I have merged the earlier ticket with the assigned one.
