On the latest build (as of 9/06/2016 2PM GMT) on experimental, every time that you drag an item over another and an action menu appears it then disapears. When you drag it over the item for a second time it then stays. This happens when you are trying to Swap Items from ground to inventory and also can be, but occurs less often, when you right click an item in your inventory.

Hello harrisoncassidy and thank you for the report.
Is it possible that the menu disappears due to you moving your mouse slightly out of borders of the action menu? As currently the menu stays up only when the mouse is on top of it and slight movement couple pixels away from the menu will close it.

Just throwing in my two cents: I think you are correct that mouse movement is the cause, but it is *extremely sensitive*. I have been struggling with using the context menus, as well, and every player I watch on Twitch.
Perhaps it could be changed so that the context menu does not disappear with mouse movement, but clicking outside the menu will close it.?

If the issue the original poster is talking about is the same as you and me describe, then it is a problem we are aware of and possible fixes are being worked on.

Hello again.
The action menu border size has been increased internally to prevent the menu from disappearing. Please let me know once next patch hits Exp or Stable branch whether the behaviour has improved or not.
