In Heli the Pitch with Joystick is way to slow. In settings you cant accelerate it. The Mouse is more acurate and faster.

Steps To Reproduce
Go in Heli, use Joystick and pitch forward/backward. See the Heli responses very slow. Compare to Mouse, see the Heli is responding very fast.
