-------------My experience

When I am crouched+inscope and sometimes leaning with a winchester and scope, I randomly loose my breath with a grey screen flash and sway comes back.

This needs thorough testing as it is hard to reproduce.

It could be a "being supressed bug" when not hearing shots at me nor seeing anyone around me.

Server was 50/50, I had friends around me in a 1km radius, we was at NW airfield with other players around us.

are you 100% positive that you don't "hold breath" while zooming? is it related with zooming/scoping in on targets?

100%-I used the + and - on numpad to zoom in and out.

Yeah leaning make you lose all your breath
