Your character is able to move the Fireplace, or 'drag' it, across the ground onto buildings, greenhouses or other areas which otherwise would not be 'safety' for a Fireplace.
This is done by opening up the Inventory and dragging 'Fireplace' icon off to the side; either to left, to the right, or above the Inventory window. As a result, the 'Fireplace'(or any other item for that matter), would be moved towards your character.

As of .53 - using this bug on any fireplace will cause the fireplace to become permanently not safe to ignite.
